Governance and our Trustees

We place a strong emphasis on good governance. Vital Regeneration is governed by a Board of nine Trustees who are also the Directors of the company. The Board meets in full session at least six times during the year.

The Trustees have overall responsibility for ensuring that the charity has appropriate systems of control, financial and otherwise, and to provide reasonable assurance that:

the charity is operating efficiently and effectively
its assets are safeguarded against unauthorised use and disposition
proper records are maintained and financial information used within the charity or for publication is reliable
the charity complies with relevant laws and regulations
