Quality

Vital Regeneration is committed to quality assurance and has worked hard to achieve three quality standards within three years. We hold Investors in People for our staff development programme and the Matrix Standard for advice and guidance. Investing in Volunteers demonstrates that voluntary workers have opportunities to develop and progress within Vital Regeneration.

Investing In People

Vital Regeneration is committed to being an employer of choice.  We were determined to hold the Investors in People (IiP) quality mark from the outset, as it is a leading, people management and business improvement standard.

Vital Regeneration achieved the standard in 2006 and was reaccredited in 2009. The IiP standard has 39 outcome-based evidence requirements, which allows us to build up a complete picture of how we are managing our people and where we can make improvements.

The Matrix Standard

The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.  We achieved the Matrix Standard in 2006 for our employability advice and guidance services.

Investing In Volunteers

Vital Regeneration recognises the immense contribution of our volunteer community and as part of our commitment to volunteering, in 2008 we achieved the Investors in Volunteers standard.

Investing in Volunteers is the UK quality standard for all organisations that involve volunteers in their work.  In achieving this standard we developed a best practice toolkit for volunteer recruitment, management and appraisal.
