Darren is the Director of Customer Services for CityWest Homes, providing housing services to Westminster City Council's 22,0000 social housing residents.  Darren is responsible for overall frontline operations including housing and estate management services, building and property services, community development and the complaints team.  Prior to joining CityWest Homes, Darren spent a number of years managing properties and services within the Registered Social Landlord’s sector for both The Guinness Trust and Southern Housing Group.
