Harshi has had a successful career in the areas of corporate governance, risk management and audit, having been Head of Risk and Audit in a number of large and complex companies.  She has also worked in France for five years and three in the USA, and has travelled extensively as part of her work.

Running her own consultancy business, Harshi is currently advising a UK based global manufacturing company on risk management.

Since 2005 Harshi has also been a volunteer with Age Concern.

Harshi is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and also holds an MBA degree.  She is a qualified Corporate and Executive Coach.

Harshi is married and lives in Buckinghamshire.
