Project Archive - Museum of the Moment
From the 19th - 28th October 2007 six buildings along the Harrow road broadcast radio programmes created by artist Jennie savage and local young people.

Each 30 minute broadcast consisted of interviews and musical performances by Harrow Road residents, workers and visitors.
Each building transmitted 24 hours a day in a radius of 100 meters.
Visitors heard the broadcast by using…
Mobile phone radios – 88mz FM
FM Radios – 88mz FM
Wireless Headphones – from The Stowe Centre, 258 Harrow Road
or The London Print Studio, 425 Harrow Road. A team were
available to hand out headphone for a £2 deposit between 11am
and 5pm each day.
Our favourite way to hear the work was to start at one end of the
Road, and walk slowly to the other. You wouldn't hear all of each
broadcast – but you got snippets of interviews and music that will
blend with the ambient sounds. The chosen devices picked up
each new programme as you progressed into a new transmission
zone.
