I feel we could use more organisations like Vital Regeneration, especially these days when times are hard for people.  The most important thing they do is give you the support you need to develop and succeed.  It’s a real boost knowing that there’s someone there to give you moral support when you need it most.

Before finding out about Vital Regeneration, I visited other job Advisers, but I wasn’t having much luck finding full-time work.

From day one, Vital Regeneration has given me constant support.  They helped me to develop valuable face to face skills, which gave me the confidence I needed for my interview at CityWest Homes.  They even gave me a voucher so I could buy myself a suit for my interview.
