“I met Emma Winter in September 2010.  I felt very relaxed and able to explain to her my hopes and requirements whilst I’m waiting to be re-housed.

In particular I remember telling Emma that I was interested in languages and that I wanted to take on a new challenge to ‘get my brain working again’.
