Congratulations to two of our apprentices who have recently completed their apprenticeships and gained permanent employment with the companies they were based at.  This proves that an apprenticeship really is an excellent route into work and is a productive way for businesses to recruit, train and motivate new staff. 

Rahela recently completed a business admin apprenticeship at Residential Management Group Ltd.  Following her exceptional performance she has since been employed by the company within their Housing Options Service as a Housing Register Officer.  A big well done to Rahela for an excellent result and what will be an important step up the career ladder for this ambitious young lady.

 
Ella also recently finished her business admin apprenticeship at CityWest Homes and having proved herself to be a hugely valuable and capable member of the team, she has been taken on in a permanent role as a Housing Officer.  CityWest Homes commented “Ella's commitment, enthusiasm and hard work ethic are superb and we wish her luck in her new role.”
