The beginning of October saw the very first FreqOUT! film project take place on a floating barge!  Professional film-maker, Roy Heath, worked with local teenagers to film the 'Balanghai Dance' event coordinated by LK Dance.

Vital Regeneration worked in partnership with the Filipino dance company to bring local communities together for a day of expression, instrument making and fun!

The FreqOUT! young women made films of the day using mobile phones and professional film kit.  Watch this space for the films made by the young people themselves as they will be launched in the next couple of weeks!

The project was part of the 'Transitions' programme, where young people explore transitions through life, whether that be physical or emotional.  Past 'Transitions' projects have explored young people's thoughts and feelings when moving school, house, working for the first time or being unemployed.
