Lisson Green Estate was visited by some unusual guests on April 17, as The Greenside Community Centre played host to the Nepicar Mobile Farm.

Children fed Bessie, her two lambs and Daisy the goat, who gave our lawn a good mow.  They were also able to hold guinea pigs, bantam hens and Honey, the very large bunny.  A goose, two large hens and an Indian runner duck were there for the children to learn about.  Everyone was kept in order by sheepdogs, Sky and Jet.

The day finished with an egg and spoon race, with the winning team receiving large chocolate eggs and prizes for all competitors.  A fantastic day was had by all with one resident commenting, “This is the best event that has happened here!"
