During December, Westminster Works launched a range of tailored workshops to help people into employment.  Advisers provided training which encompassed a wide range of skills required to secure employment, from improving the quality of job applications through to boosting individuals' confidence to attend interviews. 
 
In partnership with Westminster Adult Education Services and Crown Estates, Westminster Works also coordinated a sector specific training programme for people who wished to secure employment in retail.  Those who successfully completed the programme were guaranteed an interview with a select number of employers. 
 
This month, four Westminster Works candidates who attended and successfully completed the training programme, were informed that they had passed their interviews with flying colours and had secured employment in high street retail outlets FCUK and Espirit.
