Through their relationship with Westminster City Council, Westminster Works Advisers were offered the opportunity to assist Bouygues UK in fulfilling their commitment to local jobs for local people. 

Bouygues UK identified a need for a receptionist at one of their site offices and engaged the services of Westminster Works to fill the position with a candidate from the local community.  The Westminster Works Advisers worked with prospective candidates, providing support, encouragement and guidance on how to excel in the application and interview processes for the position.
 
Impressed by the calibre of candidates and the professional service received during the first round of recruitment, Bouygues UK asked Westminster Works to be the primary recruitment source for their recent campaign to employ reception staff in all of their Westminster sites.
