So far, 541 young people with multiple barriers to learning have used technologies such as mobiles, GPS, Bluetooth, CCTV and mini radios to discuss and create responses to current issues.

The FreqOUT! vision is to push the boundaries of technology in order to:

• Establish learning and enterprise opportunities for young people

• Break down barriers between industry, communities and the arts

• Improve social cohesion and quality of life

• Explore new possibilities for the arts

• Consult meaningfully with young people

• Innovate public service delivery
