London Development Agency’s Young Londoners’ Fund
The Young Londoners’ Fund is part of the Mayor’s London Youth Offer, a package for young people aged between 8 and 18. The FreqOUT! project is running a series of bespoke workshops across 2 years based on the theme of ‘Transitions.’ Socially excluded young people focus on key ‘Transitions’ in their lives which could be from primary to secondary school or from exclusion back into mainstream education. To date the project has run 2 programmes, with the launch of mini FreqOUT! included within this. Across the next few months FreqOUT! will launch a series of ‘Mobile Movies’ taster workshops to recruit new young people to the project.
NESTA
NESTA is the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts - a unique and independent body with a mission to make the UK more innovative. NESTA invested into the FreqOUT! project after it was brought to their attention following the project’s Catalyst Award win for its innovation using social technologies with socially excluded communities. The funding will enable to the project to review the impact it is making, consolidate it’s programme of activities and strengthen its brand.

John Lyon’s Charity
John Lyon’s Charity is part of the Harrow School Foundation. Its aim is to enhance the conditions of life and improve the life-chances of young people through education. The funding has supported the FreqOUT! Project Manager’s position across the last 3 years which has enabled FreqOUT! to push the boundaries of innovation through its programme of education projects.

City of Westminster Council
FreqOUT! has been funded by the Westminster City Council since 2007. 90% of FreqOUT!‚s young people live in Westminster and the council has been invaluable supporters of the project and it‚s innovative approach since its inception. Charlotte Fergusson, Arts Liaison Officer at the Council‚s Arts Service has been an active member of the Steering Group since 2006.

CityWest Homes
CityWest Homes is an arms length management organisation (ALMO) managing Westminster City Council's 22,000 homes. CityWest Homes provides in kind support to Vital Regeneration in the form of office accommodation and IT support.
The organisation is also represented on the FreqOUT! Steering Group.
The Science Museum
The Science Museum is London‚s leading place for Science and Technology. Vital Regeneration built strong links with the Science Museum in 2008 with it‚s Being Connected‚ programme, where FreqOUT! brokered a relationship with the London Tigers Girls Group. Ruth Fenton continues to sit on the FreqOUT! Steering Group as an active member.

Westminster Youth Service
Westminster Youth Service offers positive, fun, informal and educational activities with accredited outcomes to Westminster‚s young people. The service has supported FreqOUT! to develop bespoke AQA accreditations for its innovative projects and the Service Manager for Children‚s Services sits on the FreqOUT! Steering Group.
Independent Artists
FreqOUT! works alongside a variety of professional artists, not only to deliver the amazing projects but some of whom also sit on the Steering Group. Julie Freeman is currently artist-in-residence at the Microsystems and Nanotechnology Centre at Cranfield University. The Vivendi Create Joy Fund supports projects implemented by Associations and NGOs in the United States, Europe (France and the UK) and Africa. Vivendi's sponsored projects at Vital Regeneration will help young people from socially excluded communities ‘find a voice’ through emergent media, breaking down the barriers they encounter to work, learning and enterprise. The programme will comprise a range of options including tasters, 10-week learning programmes and after-school digital workshops. Working in this way, Vital Regeneration hope to excite and inspire local young people through access to free software, technologies and leading industry specialists. The ‘Vivendi Youth Media Artists’ will gain experience in a range of professional creative settings such as leading London galleries, production houses and recording studios.
Department for Business, Innovation and Skills - Learning Transformation Fund
The Transformation Fund was launched by Government to offer funding for innovative informal adult learning projects in England. Vital Regeneration has been awarded this fund to run a scheme to introduce 120 Westminster residents to learning though mobile technologies. The ‘Interactivity’ project has encouraged members of the community to build mobile history walks of their local area using the latest technologies.
