HELP

Residents living in temporary accommodation experience multiple obstacles to economic independence, while waiting for a permanent home.  In finding a job, volunteering or training for new skills, people face the dilemma of how to afford the rent if they are working.  HELP - the Homelessness Employment and Learning Project - guides people in homeless households towards work or further education, strengthening their career prospects.
