A. Our team of 14 specialists know about local jobs and what employers are looking for. You’ll meet your own personal adviser, your link person for as long as you remain on the programme. If you need more training, your adviser will help find a work placement or the right place for you to study. If you’re ready to work straight away, they will look for vacancies and help with tips for the application form and with practice for the interview. The adviser will help you every step of the way, staying in contact by phone and meeting you regularly. If you genuinely want a job, or to improve your job prospects, they will do their utmost to make sure you achieve your goals.
