Our services

Our services are split into three different areas of work:

  • Learning
  • Community
  • Employability

We run different projects within these three areas, our projects are delivered in the neighbourhood facilities that we manage, as well as in youth clubs, estate-based training studios, community centres and schools.

Our services meet wider community needs, as well as those of individuals.  Within our ‘Community’ work, for example, we address environmental concerns such as recycling and composting.  We also help build local networks and community participation through hiring out affordable community facilities and organising community events.  Through our ‘Employability’ work we create local employment and volunteering opportunities and through our 'Learning' projects we give the community a voice, while enabling access to learning and academic achievement.

All our services are designed to engage local people, meet their needs and break down the barriers that they face.
