Our services focus on innovative programmes in learning, employability and enterprise.  These are designed to engage local people, meet their needs and break down the barriers to progression that they face.  Projects are delivered in neighbourhood facilities - youth clubs, estate-based training studios and community centres, based at the heart of the communities that we serve.  Services meet wider community needs, as well as those of individuals.  Addressing environmental concerns such as recycling or composting, we design enterprises to combine employment opportunities and sustainability, while raising awareness of environmental issues and promoting good practice across the community.
