Vital 500

Vital 500 is the connecting point for businesses and the local community.  It creates an understanding of your community’s needs, helping your business to support the fulfilment of the communities’ aspirations.  Vital 500 members are proactive in making Westminster a stronger community.  Silver Members contribute £500 and Gold Members, £1000 per annum.

The staff of our Vital 500 affiliates, often volunteer with our projects.  It creates an opportunity for businesses to tailor their corporate social responsibility agenda to the community’s needs.  Meet beneficiaries, learn about their challenges and aspirations, and how you can help achieve their dreams.

Sponsorship

We can tailor a sponsorship package to meet your business objectives.  We have corporate sponsorship opportunities across our delivery areas and continue to develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with corporate sponsors.  See our corporate support case studies for some examples of previous sponsors.  Special Events

Fundraising can be sociable and fun whilst supporting a good cause.  You could get together with colleagues or friends to run a pub quiz, a coffee morning or a curry night, set up a raffle, take your junk to a car boot sale or clear it out in an on-line auction.  Fundraising thrives on new ideas, as events can take many different forms.

Staff Volunteering

Use some of your staff volunteering days to help Vital Regeneration.  Your employees can bring their skills to help the community, while developing new skills to take back to your workplace.  Current employee volunteers are involved in teaching on homework clubs, running master classes for young people, coaching job seekers, working on community gardening projects and mentoring members of Vital Regeneration’s staff.

Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving schemes enable individuals in the workforce to donate to charity direct from their gross salary.  Such sustained and stable funding is an extremely important contribution to our programmes.  Why not ask your payroll department to run a Payroll Giving scheme?

Match Giving

Many companies run ‘Match Giving’ schemes, agreeing to match a proportion of an employee’s charitable contributions.  These are an important way for employees to increase their donation, at no extra cost to themselves.  The schemes also benefit the company and charity.  Match Giving schemes are often linked to Payroll Giving schemes, contact your payroll department to check whether your company runs one.

Technology Products

Vital Regeneration runs FreqOUT! - the Catalyst Award winning project that uses wireless and emergent technologies to engage socially excluded young people aged 13 to 21 - inspiring them to tell their stories.  The project utilises technology products from GPS trackers to mobile phones.  If you have surplus, or new products that you wish to test out, FreqOUT! can put them to good use.  Contact the FreqOUT!
